Some key points:

• We use high quality wood that we import ourselves.
• All house walls have insulation to keep the warmth inside.
• Windows and doors are made of double glass.
• Kitchen, shower, toilet, water boiler,  electricity, water and canalization pipes in place
• It’s possible to opt-in for solar panels on the roof that will store electricity in a special battery so it’s possible to use solar energy during the night.
