Tiny house with an extra bedroom on the attic
This model is suitable for a short family holiday, as a second house or an elderly care home. It has a bedroom at the back of the house and one under the roof. Walls, floor and roof are well insulated against heat loss, making it possible to use it both in hot summers and cold winters.
The house has a strong carcass and steel chassis which makes it truly mobile. It can be moved multiple times a year without any damage to the structure.
It’s ideal for beach or forest house rental.

Dimensions
Materials
Wood
The interior of the house is built with treated Spruce wood. The outside is covered with red Cedar wood. Cedar contains natural oils that help repel moisture and humidity, therefore it is naturally resistant to decay and insects.
All our wood is FSC/PEFC certified to prevent illegal deforestation.
Floor and Chassis
The chassis is made from galvanized steel U-profile. It is placed on top of wooden beams.
Inside the floor there is a thick layer of glass-wool for heat insulation. In the standard model, we install a PVC cover on top of the wooden floor. The toilet and shower floors are covered with polyester to withstand moisture and water.
Roof
Attic shaped roof has glass-wool insulation inside and is covered with treated steel tile sheets. We currently use this product to cover the roof: https://www.finish-profiles.nl/product/finish-kingstile-dakpanplaat-kopie-voorbeeld/
Insulation
Both floor, walls and roof have glass-wool insulation inside as can be seen on photographs. All doors and windows are double glass. Our tiny houses are very energy efficient – making it possible to live in them comfortably all year long.
Transportation
Tiny houses are delivered free of charge within the Netherlands mainland. Additional fee applies to delivery to Dutch islands and Zeelandic Flanders (Zeeuws-Vlaanderen) region based on lowest offer from transportation companies.
Deliveries outside the Netherlands are possible. Quote from transportation companies will be taken based on your location.
If necessary, we can deliver the house in pieces and let our technicians assemble it at your location.
Customization
Based on your requirements it is possible to customize many parameters of the house for an additional fee.
For example, it is possible to install solar panels with batteries to store energy, use different wood or floor type like parquet, have bigger or smaller dimensions. Share with us your business case and we will do our best to prepare a solution for you.
